Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times:
- U.S. standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- International shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside Britokinis’ control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the order total.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to make a correction, contact ellenyabrito@britokinis.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Britokinis is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at ellenyabrito@britokinis.com with your order number so we can assist you with the carrier’s claim process.
